• I ship worldwide using Royal Mail.  UK orders will be sent 2nd class usually. International orders will be sent tracked.
  • UK shipping usually the takes 2-5 working days and international shipping usually takes 5-15 working days. Please ensure you order in plenty of time if you require your order by a certain date. I will not be held responsible for delays during busy periods or customs of your country.
  • During peak times your order may take longer to dispatch. M peak months are January, March, April, July, August, September, November and December. Orders placed around the UK school holidays may take longer to be made and dispatched. Please check my home page for an up to date dispatch time.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 working days to arrange a replacement. You will need to provide photos with proof of damages. This includes the product and the packaging. Refunds will not be given without proof or the items returned.
  • You are responsible for paying import/customs fees and taxes. Failure to pay or collect your item may result in your item being returned to me. When I receive your order back, I will refund the cost of your items minus the postage.
  • I can only ship to the address provided at the time of purchase. If the wrong address has been given, please contact me immediately to cancel. Once items have been paid for I can not change the address, the order must be cancelled and repurchased. If the items ship before you realise your mistake, lost parcels usually end up returned to the seller. If items come back I will refund the cost of bows minus the original postage. Orders sent to the wrong address due to your mistake will not be compensated.

Lost orders

  • Items are considered lost by Royal Mail after specific time periods. For the UK the time is 10 working days after dispatch, the rest of the world is 25 working days after dispatch. Please contact me after this time has elapsed by sending an email [email protected]. Please allow extra time during Royal Mail strikes and peak posting periods.
  • For lost orders please contact me within 35 working days for the UK and 45 working days for the rest of the world (after dispatch). Items reported after this time will not be compensated. 


  • Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return any of your items. Email [email protected]
  • All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging (if any were provided) within 10 working days from contacting to arrange a return. 
  • Refunds will be given in the same method you used at the checkout. This will take 3-5 working days after confirmation of the return recieved. Please contact me within 4 weeks if you don't receive your refund. Items reported after this time will not be refunded.
  • If returning from over seas please ensure you write on the parcel that the package contains items being returned to sender or there may be customs charged added on it's return journey. If you haven't added this info to your parcel there will be import fees and charges, your refund will reflect the difference.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the items are faulty or damaged.


  • To cancel your order please contact me within 12 hours. Once your item has been dispatched you can no longer cancel and you will need to return your products at your cost for a refund.
  • Orders can not be altered once placed and paid for. However, if you would like to add more to your existing order you can email me [email protected] for a code to remove the postage meaning you will only pay one lot of postage and your order will be posted together.

Dispatch Times

  • Dispatch times vary from product to product, I aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days. Some orders will be dispatched sooner. Baby items are made to order so there may be a queue. You do not need to chase your order. I will contact you should there be a delay of more than 2 weeks in dispatching your order. 


  • I accept all major debit, credit cards and PayPal. All payments are secure.

Product Care

  • Please discontinue use if your items show any signs of damage.
  • Each item is heat sealed but if they start to fray trim using sharp scissors, you can apply fray check along the edge to prevent further fraying.
  • To keep your bows looking full and fluffy, store them flat or one of my ribbon bow holders to prevent squashing.
  • Do not allow your child to play with their bows. Chewing bows will weaken the glue and shorten the life of the bow. Some bows contain small parts and aren't recommended for children under 3 year olds. 
  • Never leave a baby unattended while wearing a bow. Always remove prior to sleeping. Baby headbands can pose a suffocation risk.
  • Please do not wash your bows or store them in a bathroom. If they do become wet simply peg them on a washing line. The clip should be open so it can dry out and prevent the clip rusting.
  • Please note, baby headbands can leave a mark similar to the mark you get from wearing socks. This should disappear quickly after removal. You should be able to get 1-2 fingers inside the band for a comfortable fit.
  • Sometimes glue and clips can cause an allergic reaction. Please discontinue use if this happens.

Custom Orders

  • I do not accept custom orders.


  • Please note that most items are sent without packaging. Sale items will be sent without any packaging. This is to keep costs down and give you a better price. Plus its better for the environment.

Out of stocks

  • Sometimes products go out of stock. I will contact you if an item your ordered is out of stock and you will be offered an alternative using the email address you provided at the time of purchase. If I do not hear from you within 12 hours, your order will be shipped without the out of stock item and I will refund the cost back to you. If you leave a contact number when you order you may recieve a text or whatsapp message from me.


  • I do not use your private ionformation nor do I sell this information. Your personal details are used as part of the check out proceedure and will only be used to contact you regrding your order.
